Overview

Canary Systems,® CanaryCloud is a Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery of our MLSuite® software and related services. It takes the hassle out of deploying and using our platform, while providing a secure, supported, and reliable option for long-term management of your risk management data. Access for all stakeholders is easier and can be managed by the end user or Canary Systems support staff.

Cloud Environment

Our standard CanaryCloud deployment environments use either cloud-based co-located Windows Data Center VM’s or Azure, a virtualized computing infrastructure from Microsoft. Both platforms provide secure infrastructure available globally. They are platforms known for their reliability, redundancy, and high availability. Other models are supported including Amazon AWS.

Scalability

As client needs expand, either through number of users or data to be warehoused, the platform can be expanded with additional CPUs, memory or storage as needed with no disruption of services. Additional instrument licensing to scale the data under management may be added at any time.

Security & User Management

Our software platform and infrastructure support numerous security and compliance standards including ISO 27001, ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC3. Data access via API is protected by use of secure token, these may be configured as permanent (unless revoked) or temporary with time-based expiration. Direct platform access may also be provided using any of several Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) options.

User access is controlled through native security roles: Administrator, Database Manager, Project Manager, Technician and Guest. Single sign-on is also supported for integrating to clients’ Azure Active Directory allowing platform access directly through AD credential management.
