Support Plan Platform
For 2025, Canary Systems introduced an online platform to streamline the process of preparing support plans and make it a collaborative effort with clients. Administrative and project staff prepare a support plan with recommended services and allow clients to review a more detailed overview of services provided for improved transparency and budget planning.
Canary University Available to Clients
Canary Systems rolled out our Learning Management System (LMS) dubbed Canary University (CanU) to staff and clients alike, allowing for improved access to training materials on Canary Systems’ hardware systems, MLSuite, and services offered.
