Geotechnical Radar Monitoring 2023 with GCE and Canary Systems
Canary Systems is pleased to inform that we are once again making a contribution to the Geotechnical Radar Monitoring program held by the Geotechnical Center of Excellence at the University of Arizona. Our part of the program concentrates on the integration of monitoring techniques and numerical models. We urge everyone interested in expanding their knowledge to enroll in the complete course.
Our presentation specifically covers:
- Numerical model integration with monitoring data
- Cyclical workflow between modelling and monitoring platforms
- Collateral for data collection
- Considerations for data flow
- Visualization with MLWeb
Please feel free contact us with any questions on how we can assist you with integrated monitoring for your site, or visit the event page for more information about their course.
About the Course
This is a 14-week professional development course beginning April 3, 2023 and is presented by an expert panel of instructors. This course will help geotechnical professionals better understand their data, use radar more effectively, and gain perspective through real-world case studies.
This course as a whole covers:
- Satellite-based InSAR Monitoring
- Ground-based Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)
- Ground-based Real Aperture Radar (RAR)
- Radar Capabilities/Limitations
- Data Interpretation
- Real-world examples and case studies
The course will consist of 14 weeks of online learning modules released bi-weekly. There are approximately 24 hours of pre-recorded presentations with live bi-weekly virtual Q&A panel discussions with subject matter experts.
