MLSuite Latest Software Updates

The latest MLSuite Software version is available to download!

Featuring a number of improvements and several new features, the following include some of the major enhancements:

MultiLogger

  • MultiLogger has been updated to support other constellations (GLONASS, Galileo) when processing MLGPS positioning
  • A new notification in MultiLogger has been added to let users know when they attempt to transfer MLGPS data from an SD while the system is running. This alerts the user to pause the station in MultiLogger before transferring files
  • A new outliers filter option has been added to MultiLogger for GPS devices. This parameter allows the user to select which directional components are used to determine outliers. The outliers filter is set on the Advanced Settings tab in MultiLogger and its options include: 3D(X, Y, Z), 2D(X, Y), 1D(Z), or Disabled

MLWebHardware

Improvements have been made to MLRemote and MLBase devices in MLWebeHardware:

  • Retrieve existing radio settings
  • Set Radio Network ID and RF Level
  • Updated MLRemote list to show status based on color
  • The left menu in MLWebHardware has been updated to display additional information relating to each logger

  • The left menu in MLWebHardware has been updated to display additional information relating to each logger
  • The database name where data is being imported is displayed to the right of the logger’s name
  • Whether the logger is active or inactive is shown by displaying inactive logger name and database name in grey, and active loggers in a more pronounced blue
  • Hovering over a logger now also displays the Logger Name, ID, Description, and configured database

MLWeb

An update to MLWeb has been made relating to how a property’s timestamp is displayed when used in a calculation:

  • Property values with the default timestamp of 1/1/1900 or 1/2/1900 are displayed in the Data tab of the calculation window with using the current date time.
  • If a manual value is added to a property, with a timestamp other than 1/1/1900 or 1/2/1900, the actual timestamp it is displayed in the calculation data tab of the calculation window.

A new 3D Point Cloud data filter has been added:

  • This filter allows the user to include point cloud data based on any of the point properties using a filter expression. For example: Displacement > 0 and Displacement < 10 would show points where the displacement is 1-9. This filter is accessible through the Layer Editor of a 3D Point Cloud layer.
  • 3DCharts in MLWeb are now capable of plotting more than just average displacement. Additional metadata of a selected area can now be selected to be included in the 3DChart by selecting a data source option from the new drop-down in the Layer editor.
  • Icons in 3D windows with attached elements in alarm have been updated to flash using the color corresponding with the alarm level of the element.
  • The server side critical errors report that previously opened automatically when logging into MLWeb has been updated to no longer automatically open. A new Server Side Critical Errors button that opens this panel has been added above the database tree, below the MLSuite version on the left side of the page.
  • MLSuite is now capable of importing and presenting Reutech radar data. The new import form has been added to MLServer Imports. Additional updates have been made to allow the data to be imported and displayed in MLWeb.
