COVID-19 Action by Canary Systems

To our clients, business partners, and colleagues:

As the ongoing situation with the COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to develop, Canary Systems has implemented measures to limit the spread of the virus both internally and on project locations. Following are the policies we have put in place.

Internally, we have implemented a work from home policy, in which all employees who are able to work from home are strongly encouraged to do so.

For site visits, where our client policies allow, we will continue to have our staff on site to service and support the critical infrastructure that helps our clients manage their operational and safety risks. Our staff are monitoring their own health and safety and following all safety protocols implemented at sites. Our staff will also be taking precautionary measures such as avoiding contact with others and where they must coordinate work with on-site staff, to maintain minimum safe distances.

Many non-critical tasks are being postponed. Most travel that requires flying has been postponed indefinitely unless deemed absolutely necessary and where local authorities will allow it.

Any work that can be done remotely such as database setup and support will continue without interruption. We will continue to be accessible through email, phone, and Zendesk. All staff extensions accessible through our main phone number at +1-603-526-9800 will reach our staff at their computer or their cell phones.
