Introducing the Canary Systems Support Group Director
We are thrilled to announce that Bruno Oliveira has joined our team as the new Support Group Director. Bruno brings over 15 years of project management and client support experience across diverse industries, with a strong commitment to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless support operations.
Most recently, Bruno served as a leader for the Support Account Managers with Bentley Systems, where he led efforts to prioritize and resolve client issues, manage key account reviews, and enhance service delivery. His expertise in analyzing trends and implementing process improvements has driven better outcomes for clients and strengthened team performance. Bruno has successfully built and maintained client relationships, negotiated contracts, and collaborated on growth opportunities across the LATAM region.
As Bruno has shared, “I am dedicated to making this transition as seamless as possible and ensuring that our team continues to thrive.” He added, “I believe in fair and transparent practices and am committed to upholding these values in my new role.” Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and with certifications in Project Management, Bruno is well-equipped to lead our support team in providing outstanding service to our clients.
