These include sensor interface products and channel expansion products which offer unique capabilities not available from other vendors. For example, decades of collective experience using Vibrating Wire instrumentation led to the development of several Vibrating Wire interface products. We’ve also developed interface products for current sensors, accelerometers, optical encoders and many others. MLDAQ data acquisition systems
The MLDAQ platform comprises Canary Systems’ primary line of dataloggers. The MLDAQ data acquisition system is based on the CR1000 MCU and comes in several versions, depending on enclosure type, battery size, wireless adaptors, optional accessories, and specific applications. From general purpose data acquisition deployments to specialized weather stations, the MLDAQ provides a rugged, reliable, and flexible high-end platform for automated monitoring.
WRMT wireless remotes
Canary Systems’ WRMT Wireless Remotes are primarily designed for use in conjunction with their corresponding MLDAQ Base Stations (see MLDAQ-WA and MLDAQ-WT). The WRMT-VW does not have a matching base station, but instead is intended as a wireless node to be managed by the MultiLogger® software “Virtual Datalogger” functionality.
MCLOG wireless dataloggers
The Canary Systems MCLOG series of wireless general purpose dataloggers is comprised of systems designed for smaller to medium scale monitoring applications with a limited range of sensor/communications support. These systems are based on the Campbell CR200X control unit which has options for 900 MHz (CR206X) and 2.4GHz (CR216X) integrated radios. They come in several versions depending on enclosure type, battery size, wireless adaptors, optional accessories and specific applications.
MLTDR datalogging systems
Canary Systems’ MLTDR dataloggers are designed for reading coaxial cables embedded in slopes or boreholes for deformation monitoring using TDR technology. Time Domain Reflectometry is increasingly being used in geotechnical applications for deformation monitoring in soils and concrete, and our MLTDR systems are based on the Campbell TDR100 datalogger and provide a number of configurations and options for automated, semi-automated, and portable readers.
